Abstract: 关于教师专业成长,笔者曾提出过"一体两翼"的观点:"一体"即教育教学实践,离开了实践的土壤,就失去了成长的底气和地气;"两翼"即阅读和写作,二者如躯体之左膀右臂,缺一不可.这里,笔者就教育写作谈几点体会. 一 以反思的眼光审视自我 教学反思是最贴近一线教师的表达方式.2001年春天,我以《换种方式学"雷锋"》为题,记下了教学《〈雷锋日记〉二则》时引导学生进行开放式学习的做法与反思.这篇千余字的随笔发表在当年第6期的《山东教育》上,成为我教育写作的"第一桶金".
