Abstract: 以微晶纤维素和(3,5-二甲基)异氰酸苯酯为原料,合成了纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)(CDMPC),并涂敷于氨丙基硅胶上,制备成手性固定相(CSP).用高效液相色谱法,在此手性固定相上,正相条件下分离了6种有机膦酸酯对映体,考察了流动相正己烷-异丙醇配比、色谱柱柱温、样品分子结构对对映体分离的影响,发现异丙醇含量的变化不能引起容量因子(k')和分离因子(α)的规律性变化,但柱温的影响却是规律的.另外,样品分子结构的细微变化也能引起分离结果的较大差别.
