Abstract: 1概念 心电图主导心律频率增速或提早发生额外激动(如各种期前收缩和额外电刺激),心脏某处复极尚未完全完成,从而产生该处的传导阻滞,此多为生理性3位相阻滞,属心电干扰现象.另一种情况是传导系统某部位有效不应期病理性延长,上游冲动在此不能通过,造成病理性3位相阻滞. 位相性阻滞分为3位相阻滞(快频率依赖性阻滞)和4位相阻滞(慢频率依赖性阻滞).当传导阻滞的图形节律较为匀齐,阻滞形态较为一致时,就难以确定它是属于3位相抑或4位相阻滞,也不能确定属于完全性或不全性阻滞.本文就是通过期前收缩揭示3位相阻滞(extrasystolic reveal phase 3 block,ERP3B)的讨论,以达到对快频率依赖性阻滞的确认.
