Abstract: 以内蒙古荒漠草原为对象,通过研究增温、施氮、增温+施氮、对照(CK)四个处理对土壤三种酶活性的影响表明:三种酶活性均随着土壤深度的增加而逐渐降低,0-10 cm>0-20 cm>20-30 cm(p<0.05).增温处理与对照相比能明显提高土壤脲酶活性(p<0.05),对过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性的影响不明显;施氮处理与对照相比能提高脲酶和蔗糖酶活性,对过氧化氢活性的影响不明显(p<0.05);增温+施氮处理与对照相比提高了脲酶酶活性,对蔗糖酶和过氧化氢的影响不明显(p<0.05).
