Abstract: 采用大田试验,以农十师种植面积最大的食葵为研究对象,用3种不同灌溉方式对新疆种植食葵盐碱地的土壤理化性质和微生物特性的影响进行研究。结果表明:渗灌、滴灌和沟灌3个处理对土壤中总盐和pH值有明显的抑制作用,对土壤的速效养分、微生物种群数量、微生物量、碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、蛋白酶、碱性磷酸酶、多酚氧化酶活性有明显的促进作用,对土壤过氧化氢酶活性没有影响。降低土壤的盐分和pH值以沟灌为宜;提高土壤的速效养分、土壤微生物特性以滴灌为宜。
