Abstract: 在实践中,对于担保合同（反担保合同）能否赋予强制执行的法律效力存在正反两方面的看法,公证处也经常面临这样的问题。通过一起《＂三农＂个人借款反担保合同》案例,分析了能否赋予担保（反担保）合同强制执行效力的可行性。
