Abstract: 以冬虫夏草生药做对比,采用RP-HPLC、GC法对一株细脚拟青霉菌株发酵液冻干粉中核苷类物质、脂肪酸成分进行分析测定.结果表明,细脚拟青霉发酵液冻干粉中主要含有尿苷、鸟苷、腺苷、肌苷和胸苷5种核苷,其含量分别为3.630 6mg/g、5.547 2mg/g、0.864 3mg/g、0.462 8mg/g和0.231 6mg/g;不饱和脂肪酸是优势脂肪酸,以亚麻油酸、油酸为主,其相对含量分别为38.42%、27.66%.与冬虫夏草生药相比,细脚拟青霉发酵液冻干粉中核苷类物质的含量明显高于后者,不饱和脂肪酸含量略低于冬虫夏草生药.
