Abstract: The biphasic ceramics composed of PZN-based and BT-basedconstitutes were prepared by two-phases mixed sintering method.The effects of the ratios of two starting constitutes,the particles of powders and sintering conditions on dielectric properties of biphasic ceramics were studied.The X7R(ΔC/C<±15%,-55~125 °C)temperature-stable biphasic dielectric ceramics were developed by improving processing conditions.
