Abstract: Applications and its prospects of nanometer materials to solid rocket motors are introduced in this paper.Recent technology development and potential applications of nanometer materials on structural and outer protective materials for solid rocket motor cases,ablative materials for nozzles and solid propellant are discussed in detail.
