Abstract: 无凸轮轴发动机电液驱动配气机构中节流阀阻尼孔的优化设计直接影响气门运动及时响应性能和气门落座冲击性能,进而影响发动机性能.建立了配气机构中节流阀阻尼孔的数学模型,并利用该模型研究了阻尼孔直径对气门开启和落座的影响.使用AMESim搭建了配气机构的仿真模型,研究阻尼孔孔径和相对位置对气门运动的影响.结果表明,阻尼孔直径减小或者阻尼腔阻尼孔相对位置上升会使气门延迟开启;阻尼孔直径减小或者主油路阻尼孔相对位置下降会使气门延迟关闭.优化了阻尼孔孔径和位置参数,试验表明阻尼孔优化设计结果满足发动机对配气机构中气门运动的要求.
