Abstract: Objective: To investigate the characteristics of ultrasonography of pediatric Wilson's disease and explore its clinical value in early diagnosis. Methods:The findings of sonography in 24 cases with pediatric Wilson' s disease were reviewed. Results:Cirrhosis was seen in 20 cases. Splenomegaly was seen in 20 cases. Ascites was seen in 8 cases. The hepatocyte pattern was seen in 17 cases, the neurology pattern in 7 cases, the compound pattern in 5 cases. Conclusion: Most of the cases may have correct diagnosis with the feature of sonography, oopper metabolite and Kayser-Fleischer ring in the cornea.
