Abstract: 为探讨温度胁迫环境对薰衣草的生理特征的影响,以盆栽薰衣草CAS08#为试验材料,利用智能温室对薰衣草CAS08#进行了不同温度(30、38、42℃)下淹水处理和正常管理两种处理,研究了高温胁迫及淹水高温协同胁迫对薰衣草CAS08#的形态、MDA含量、SOD和POD活性、相对电导率的影响.试验结果表明:15 d内薰衣草对高温有一定的自我适应调节能力,在30、38、42℃高温胁迫条件下,薰衣草可以越夏;在夏季30℃高温以及淹水协同胁迫条件下薰衣草生长受阻,38℃以上高温与淹水协同胁迫条件下,薰衣草生长受阻,并在几天之内死亡,推测土壤在淹水条件下,产生了有毒有害物质使得薰衣草根部受损,薰衣草吸收水分与营养受阻而死亡.
