Preliminary Researches on Control of Miscellaneous Microorganisms and Preservative Period for Liquid Agent of Bacillus coagulan Applied to Animal

Abstract: 采用在凝结芽孢杆菌发酵液中添加不同防腐剂并结合调节pH值的措施,对畜禽用凝结芽孢杆菌液体制剂杂菌控制及保存期进行了初步研究.结果表明:在凝结芽孢杆菌发酵液中添加0.5%苯甲酸钠,调节发酵液pH值为4.0,并置阴凉干燥处常温保存时,可有效控制杂菌污染.在此条件下,凝结芽孢杆菌液体制剂保存30d菌体存活率达约80%,保存180 d菌体存活率大于50%.
