Abstract: 通过自制问卷对集体备课在《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论》教学中的作用进行调研，证实集体备课可以有效提高《毛特论》课程的教学实效性。具有减轻个体备课压力，集思广益，取长补短，强化教师之间的团队合作精神，实现资源共享的作用。%The questionaire survey on the role of collective lesson preparation in An Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics has shown collective lesson preparation could improve the effectiveness of teaching and reduce the pressure of individual preparation as well as enable the teachers to learn from each other and strengthen their teamwork and share the teaching resources.
