Abstract:
目的:评价不同配比头孢哌酮和三唑巴坦的体外抗菌活性.方法:采用琼脂平板二倍稀释法测定头孢哌酮和三唑巴坦(1∶1、2∶1、4∶1、8∶1)复方制剂对临床分离致病菌的体外抗菌作用,并与头孢哌酮进行比较.结果:头孢哌酮与三唑巴坦以1∶1、2∶1、4∶1、8∶1的4种配比,体外抗菌谱较头孢哌酮扩大,对产酶菌株,二者合用可不同程度的提高头孢哌酮单用的体外抗菌活性.其中1∶1、2∶1和4∶1配比的增效作用优于8∶1的配比.头孢哌酮与三唑巴坦以4∶1配比合用对所测产酶菌的MBC90的值是MIC90值的2~4倍.结论:三唑巴坦增强头孢哌酮对β-内酰胺酶的稳定性,头孢哌酮和三唑巴坦的抗菌和杀菌活性得到增强.头孢哌酮与三唑巴坦以4∶1配比合用对产酶菌有较强的杀菌活性.
