Abstract: 对空冷单元冷却空气进行合理导流,根据导流后的速度分布布置喷雾增湿系统,可以增强喷雾增湿的冷却效果.针对600 MW直接空冷机组空冷单元的典型结构,建立了部综合应用空气导流板和喷雾增湿的空冷单元冷却空气流动传热过程的物理数学模型.利用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)进行模拟,获得了空冷单元冷却空气的流场,比较了应用导流板前、后喷雾增湿的冷却效果.结果表明:合理应用内部导流板能够增强喷雾增湿的冷却效果,更大程度降低机组背压.
