Abstract: 本文针对管道防腐现有技术存在的缺点,开发高粘防腐交联聚乙烯复合材料并研究材料粘结、防腐等相关性能与配方、加工工艺之间的关系。本文制备了马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯/交联聚乙烯高粘高防腐复合材料,并研究了马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯与交联聚乙烯配比,交联剂用量等因素对材料粘性力、防腐性能的影响。结果表明:加入0.3%交联助剂后,可明显改善材料的耐热、防腐性能;加入热熔胶后.能明显改善材料与金属的粘结力,20%的热熔胶的加入量,不仅能够最大化提高材料的粘结力,而且不会造成耐腐蚀性能的降低。
