Abstract:
针对太阳能电池工作原理的特殊性,提出了一种多电平光伏并网逆变器输出能量最大化的设计方法,在以单位功率因数输出高质量电流波形的同时,保证了太阳能电池电势能的不间断输出.同时给出一种有效的正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)方案,通过改变基本逆变单元的连接方式,实现六电平输出.仿真和实验结果验证了该设计的可行性和有效性.
