Abstract: 目的 探讨500 kV变电站工频电磁场接触对作业人员褪黑素水平的影响.方法 选择500 kV变电站巡检人员81人作为接触组,相应供电局行政管理人员76人作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法检测血清褪黑素水平.结果 电磁场接触组血清褪黑素水平为(613.4±162.8) ng/L,对照组为(583.4±145.2) ng/L,褪黑素水平在接触组和对照组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 本研究未发现500 kV变电站工频电磁场接触对作业人员血清褪黑素水平有明显影响.
