Abstract: 探讨筛选组合( Ma7×W15)维生素c(vc)含量的遗传机制.以相对低维生素C含量的自交系Ma7(p1)和相对高维生素C含量的自交系W15(p2)为亲本,构建6个世代群体材料,利用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型多世代联合分析方法分析华南型黄瓜中维生素C含量的遗传机制.结果表明,维生素C含量的最适遗传模型为一对加性主基因+加性-显性多基因混合遗传模型.在分离世代中主基因遗传率在B1、B2、和F2群体中分别为47.47%,36.34%,52.59%;多基因的遗传率分别为18.47%,0,21.63%;环境方差占表型方差的范围为25.78% ~63.66%,环境对维生素C含量的遗传有较大的影响,说明在黄瓜维生素C含量的遗传体系中,微效多基因具有重要作用,这一性状适于高代选择.
