Abstract: 为了确保加氢装置高压空冷器安全、稳定、长周期运行,同时尽可能地利用反应流出物或热高分气的高温位热量,以某加氢裂化装置的条件为研究基础,通过分别改变反应流出物的温度、压力以及原料中的硫,氮含量,以确定各个参数对NH4HS结晶温度的影响.结果表明:NH4HS结晶温度随着温度、压力、原料油中硫含量、氮含量的升高而升高;类似装置NH4HS结晶区域基本分布在10 ~40℃,建议注水后进空冷器的反应物流温度控制在70℃左右.
