薪酬体系是实现企业人力资源战略、营运战略和远景战略极为重要的环节,直接影响着企业员工的工作积极性和对企业的忠诚度。2012年,江汉油田将油田岗位技能工资制度统一为以岗位管理为基础的岗位薪点工资制,起到了岗位管理、竞争上岗、能上能下、工资能升能降的激励与促进作用。要推行好现行薪酬制度,必须做好"四定"基础工作,为实施配套改革做准备;优化岗位职责体系,建立岗位分析评价体系;突出岗位分析评价,搭建"3P"薪酬管理平台;实施薪酬多元化模式,打破企业加薪循环窘境。
