Abstract: PID controller is used to control the temperature of small material filling tower under constant pressure ,keeping the temperature of the top of tower at 130 ℃ and temperature of the first line liquid outlet of oil above 230 ℃ .So as to ensure that the components of oil steam can be separated and that the vaporization point can be determined. The result shows that comparing to hand operation ,the vaporization point of diesel fuel will be up to our civil standards.
