Abstract: 以酸性品红染料和坚木栲胶为实验材料,采用双波长光度法测定染料和植物鞣剂混合液中各组分浓度,为研究染料与植物鞣剂共基质降解性能提供表征方法。酸性品红染料和坚木栲胶溶液标准曲线回归方程分别为△A(458nm-430nm)=0.00491xCdye(R2=0.99992)和,△A(280nm-462nm)=0.01254xCtannin(R2=0.9995)。用双波长光度法测定其精密度、重现性和加样回收率,酸性品红染料和坚木栲胶的RSD分别在0.73%-4.02%和0.60%-4.36%范围内。与利用贡献因子的CODcx测定方法相比较,双波长光度法测定共基质中有色组分的浓度具有简便、快速、准确可靠的特点。
