Abstract:
对旋转剪切强化膜过滤(RSEMF)技术的组件形式、剪切强化机理、渗透特性以及技术经济性评价等方面的研究进展进行了综述,分析了该技术的优缺点。阐述了激光流场测速技术和计算流体力学模拟对认识RSEMF的剪切强化机理、临界膜通量与单位通量能耗率对于评价RESMF的渗透特性与经济可行性的重要意义。指出RSEMF的研究应着重解决如何提高膜表面剪切强化作用的效果、简化膜组件的结构、提高有效膜面积的填充密度、降低单位通量能耗率以及膜组件的单位售价等问题。建议RSEMF技术的发展一方面要关注组件的优化、创新,另一方面要在特定物料的处理以及不同技术的集成方面进行更多的尝试。
