Abstract: 肝细胞癌在形成、发展及外侵和转移过程中出现自身抗原异常表达和新表达一些抗原,同时也可以异常分泌许多具有生物活性因子和许多代谢物质,这些改变可以避免机体免疫系统打击同时也可以使机体细胞和体液免疫功能下降,而且也可以使肿瘤细胞所处的免疫微环境发生变化,多因素、多机制逃避机体免疫系统识别和被免疫系统打击,即:肝细胞癌的免疫逃逸。本文就近年国内外原发性肝细胞癌与免疫逃逸相关机制作一综述。
