Abstract: 目的:建立气阴两虚、瘀血阻络型糖尿病合并局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,观察具有益气养阴活血功效的参芎玉精颗粒对模型大鼠海马齿状回区神经细胞的增殖、分化和存活的影响。方法:将大鼠分为假手术组、糖尿病合并脑缺血(气阴两虚、瘀血阻络证)模型对照组、参芎玉精组和参芎组,每组20只,采用5-溴-2′-脱氧尿嘧啶掺入法、免疫组织化学法观察参芎玉精颗粒对糖尿病合并脑缺血大鼠神经细胞增殖、分化和存活的影响。结果:糖尿病合并脑缺血可使大鼠海马齿状回颗粒下层的新生细胞增多,参芎玉精颗粒作用7d时不能促进糖尿病合并脑缺血大鼠颗粒下层新生细胞的增殖(P>0.05),但治疗21d后,可以明显提高新生细胞的存活率,促进新生细胞向神经元分化(P<0.01),并优于参芎颗粒(P<0.01)。结论:以益气养阴活血法组方的参芎玉精颗粒可促进气阴两虚、瘀血阻络型糖尿病合并脑缺血大鼠新生神经细胞的存活,并促进其向神经元分化,效果优于益气活血法。
