Abstract: 合成铜绿假单胞菌群体感应信号分子类似物作为细菌生物膜抑制剂.以呋喃甲醛为原料合成5-羟基-3,4-二氯-2(5H)-呋喃酮,与不同长度碳链的烷酸5-位成酯,合成了8个5-烷酸酯基-3,4-二氯-2(5H)-呋喃酮,其结构经NMR和MS表征.初步生物活性测试结果表明,化合物2c,2d,2e,2f和2h对铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的形成有明显的抑制作用,尤其是化合物2e,对ATCC 27853的生物膜抑制率高达70%以上.
