Abstract: 以裂隙岩体的注浆加固材料为研究对象,对“超细水泥-粉煤灰-膨润土-生石灰-水玻璃”浆液的固化反应加固机理进行了可行性分析,并针对浆液的渗透性、黏度、结石率以及结石体的抗压强度、耐久性等因素进行了室内试验(正交试验和耐久性试验)研究;详细分析了浆液及结石体的物理化学特征,给出了浆材的最佳配比及相应的性能指标.通过煤层底板注浆加固试验,验证了浆材对裂隙岩体加固的可行性,并取得了良好的治理效果.该类浆液与水泥类及一些常见的化学类浆材相比,具有价廉、储存方便、且无毒无污染的优点.
