Abstract: 伊朗雅达油田油气藏较为发育,上部主力油层Sarvak油层具有产出物腐蚀性气体含量高、沥青质含量高等特点;下部主力油层L.Fahliyan油层(分L.Fahliyan上部小层和L.Fahliyan下部小层)具有油层高温高压、产出物腐蚀性气体含量高和潜在固相产出等特点.针对上述特点,开展了完井工艺设计研究.综合考虑油层稳定性、地层压力体系和已钻井测试情况,提出Sarvak油层采用裸眼下割缝筛管完井;对于L.Fahliyan油层,如果独立开采L.Fahliyan上部小层(不揭开L.Fahliyan下部小层),采用裸眼下割缝衬管完井;如果先开采L.Fahliyan下部小层,再开采L.Fahliyan上部小层,则均采用套管射孔完井.对完井管柱和射孔方案进行了优化设计.现场进行了10口井的完井作业,所有作业均一次成功,试油产量基本达到设计产能,表明完井方案设计合理,达到了预期的效果.
