Abstract: [目的]研究超声波辅助方法提取山楂叶中总黄酮的工艺条件.[方法]试验以一定浓度的乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波辅助方法对山楂叶中总黄酮进行提取,并对影响山楂叶总黄酮提取率的因素进行单因素试验和正交试验分析,优选最佳提取工艺条件.[结果]优选的山楂叶总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度50%,料液比1∶24(g/ml),提取温度60℃,提取时间30 min,提取次数为2次;在优化的条件下,总黄酮的得率可高达2.43%.[结论]超声波辅助提取山楂叶总黄酮的提取时间短、提取效果较好.
