Abstract: 冒菌丝是指食用菌菌丝在培养基物中营养生长过于旺盛,以致影响子实体的形成,是食用菌生产种一种常见的生理性病害,又称“菌丝徒长”。双孢蘑菇、香菇、平菇、金针菇等常出现菌丝徒长现象,表现为菌丝持续生长,密集成团,有的长后倒伏,倒伏了又长,结成菌块或组成白色菌皮,难以形成子实体。如双孢菇的床面菌丝徒长严重时可在床面密结成块,称为“菌被”,若不及时处理,会影响子实体的形成。
