Abstract: 【目的]通过分析不同配比育苗基质的理化性质。得出最适宜洋桔梗的育苗基质.[方法】草炭、山皮土、蛭石按不同比例复配成6种育苗基质、[结果】试验分析了6种不同配比育苗基质的理化性质,得出草炭、山皮土和蛭石配比为7:2:1和6:3:1的混合基质总孔隙度、气体孔隙度和土壤持水量较好,水气比适宜。表明这2种基质疏松、透气性和保水性能较好,与美国草炭没有明显差异、6种基质中,草炭的发芽率最高为91.67%;草炭、山皮土、蛭石比为7:2:1的混合基质对洋桔梗株高、茎粗、叶长、叶宽、主根长、侧根数、根冠比和根系体积等生长性状影响最为显著;草炭、山皮土、蛭石比为7:2:1的混合基质的成苗率最高83.5%、【结论]该试验通过分析研究了6种不同配比的育苗基质的理化性质,得出草炭、珍珠岩和蛭石的配比为7:2:1和6:3:1的混合基质总孔隙度保证了洋桔梗的正常生长,且材料来源广、价格便宜、取用方便、有效降低了生产成本,推荐作为替代美国基质的适宜洋桔梗育苗基质。
