Abstract: 利用 FLUENT 软件对一管壳式换热器壳程流场进行了三维数值模拟,分析研究了折流板数目、进口流速和折流板缺口高度对换热器壳程压降、出口温度的影响,结果显示,随着折流板数目增加,壳程压降和出口温度逐渐增大;随着进口流速增大,壳程压降逐渐增大且趋势加快,而出口平均温度下降,但是温度下降不大;随着折流板缺口高度增大,壳程压降和出口平均温度逐渐减小,但是压降减小逐渐趋于缓和;相同的压降条件下,通过改变折流板数目提高出口温度比改变进口流速和折流板缺口高度更有效
