Abstract: 背景:研究表明脑内的神经干细胞在多种因素的作用下迁移到损伤部位,填补和部分修复坏死的脑组织,可以使神经功能部分恢复。目的:综述目前缺血性脑损伤后内源性神经干细胞迁移机制及中医药的调节作用。方法:以"cerebral ischemia,endogenous neural stem cells,migration"为英文关键词,以"脑缺血、内源性神经干细胞、神经再生、迁移"为中文关键词,检索2000-01/2011-08PubMed数据库,中国期刊全文数据库,中国博士学位论文全文数据库及中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库,纳入有关缺血性脑损伤后内源性神经干细胞迁移的机制及中医药调节作用的文献。结果与结论:大量的研究证实脑损伤后神经干细胞向病灶处迁移。损伤后促进神经干细胞迁移的因子主要包括:趋化因子、生长因子、神经营养因子、炎性因子等。同时,很多研究也证实中医药在调节内源性神经干细胞迁移过程中发挥了重要作用。
