Preparation of degradable and thermoplastic wood powder and investigation of its thermo-flow behaviour

Abstract: 在相转移催化剂的作用下,通过苄基化改性木粉,制备出具有可降解热塑性新型材料.相转移催化剂(PTC)对产物的增重率(WGR)和熔融指数(MI)的影响结果表明:四乙基碘化铵的催化效果较好;在冰冻碱化条件下,由于氢键作用,所制备的热塑性木粉的增重率会更高;通过测定熔融指数发现,所制备的苄基化木粉的热塑性优劣不仅与增重率有关,还与所采用相转移催化剂、溶胀冰冻碱化等反应条件有关系.
