Abstract: 电子商务是一种新型的交易模式,电子商务自身特点导致买卖双方信息不对称影响相关当事人的利益、降低市场交易效率,制约电子商务的发展。基于基本假设(即卖家是代理人,买家是委托人)分析电子商务市场中不对称信息现象与产生原因,着重交易双方的诚信问题导致的电子商务市场中不对称信息现象的加剧,对双方行为进行完全信息静态博弈分析,得出电子商务市场中交易双方的稳定行为解。
