Abstract: 人说山西好地方,地肥水美醋更香。山西太原(占称晋阳)是我国食醋的发祥地之一,其酿醋历史距今已有4000多年了。相传,帝尧定都尧(令太原清徐县尧城村)后,采摘瑞草“蓂荚”以酿苦酒,这早所说的苦酒就是人类最早的酸性调味品——醋了。至公元前8世纪,晋阳已有醋坊,春秋时期遍及城乡,但那时醋还是属于比较贵重的调味品。
