Effects of root exclusion on soil respiration in Cinnamomum camphora plantation

Abstract: 采用LI-8100开路式土壤C通量测定系统,对去根处理的樟树人工林土壤呼吸进行了为期1 a的观测。结果表明:去根处理和对照的土壤呼吸速率均呈现显著的季节性变化,土壤CO2呼吸速率月平均值变化动态呈单峰曲线;对照处理土壤呼吸速率变化范围为1.426~5.641μmol·m-2s-1,去根处理后的土壤呼吸速率范围为1.137~4.257μmol·m-2s-1;去除根系的土壤呼吸速率与5 cm土壤温度之间均呈显著指数相关(P=0.000),与5 cm土壤湿度之间呈二次曲线相关(P=0.012)。根系是影响土壤CO2通量的一个重要因子。
