Abstract:
蓝细菌是地球上最古老的能进行光合作用的原核生物。太阳光能驱动蓝细菌进行光合和固氮作用,但也会对蓝细菌造成紫外辐射损伤。为适应高强度的紫外辐射,蓝细菌形成了一系列的代谢机制。本文综述了紫外胁迫下蓝细菌形成的紫外吸收物质三苯甲咪唑氨基酸(MAAs)和伪枝藻素(scytonemin),主要介绍了它们的组成结构、分布和生物合成途径,并概述了它们在蓝细菌中的紫外吸收作用,以及在化妆品和医药等行业的应用。
