Abstract: 介绍了非真空处理工艺条件下的铸坯表面气孔缺陷情况,分析了可能引起铸坯表面气孔的气体在钢液中的行为,指出大型气孔可能来自2个方面：由氢和氮的混合气体所致;结晶器液面波动使钢液穿透粉渣层,导致钢液二次氧化,二次氧化物与保护渣中的碳反应生成CO气体。
