Abstract: 研究了用短切玄武岩纤维(BF)增强木塑(WPC)复合材料(BF/WPC)体系中,BF的含量与BF/WPC力学性能之间的关系,定性探讨了纤维增强机制。结果表明,与WPC相比,除断裂伸长率有所下降之外,BF/WPC的拉伸强度、冲击强度、弯曲强度均有明显提高,且这些性能取得最大值时BF的质量分数分别为15%~30%、15%~25%、20%~30%,提高的幅度约为30%。提出了"弱端面"的定性假说,由此解...
