Abstract: 为了加强难燃液压液的难燃性能检测与质量控制,介绍了2种液压液喷射燃烧试验方法,以液压泵系统代替氮气瓶为压力源,通过对喷嘴、液压系统及点火排风系统的选型设计,研制出了国内首套喷射燃烧试验设备。利用研制的喷射燃烧试验设备采用ISO 15029-1评价方法,对具有不同难燃性能的液压液进行了喷射燃烧试验,试验结果显示：水-乙二醇液压液的火焰持续时间为0,无水全合成液压液的火焰持续时间为2.3～9.8 s,...
