Abstract: 利用双波长法探讨荞麦红曲中Monacolin K的提取工艺。以Monacolin K得率为指标,通过单因素试验,初步探讨了各工艺参数对Monacolin K提取率的影响。在此基础上,使用正交试验优选了工艺参数。荞麦红曲中Monacolin K的适宜提取条件为:以65%乙醇为提取溶剂,料液比1:20,提取温度70℃,提取时间3h。该方法操作简单,提取时间短,提取效率高,为荞麦红曲中Monacolin K的提取提供了1种既简易可行又经济有效的方法。
