Abstract: 目的:在Kaneda器械的基础上研制一种新型胸腰椎前路复位固定装置ARF(anterior reduction fixation),以增加器械自身复位和压缩能力并方便操作.方法:通过人尸体脊柱离体生物力学试验,了解ARF的稳定能力和载荷屈服强度.在此基础上ARF临床应用6例.结果:ARF在前屈和左侧弯方向上稳定性大于Kaneda(P<0.01),在前屈方向上低于AF(P<0.01),其余方向与两者无显著性差别(P>0.05);ARF在所有方向上大于完整对照组(P<0.01).ARF平均屈服强度(M)657.3公斤.临床应用早期结果:5例椎体塌陷者基本恢复了椎体正常高度和脊柱生理弯曲,无神经功能恶化.结论:ARF稳定性好,复位和加压能力强,操作方便,临床实用可行.
