Abstract: 为探索不同渗碳层深度对重载齿轮钢疲劳性能的影响,利用旋转弯曲疲劳试验研究了18Cr2Ni2MoVNb重载齿轮钢未渗碳和渗碳试样的疲劳性能。结果表明:渗碳后渗碳层硬度升高,疲劳性能显著提高;随渗碳时间的延长,渗碳层深度增加,残余奥氏体含量增加,因此随渗碳层深度的增加,试验钢的疲劳性能呈先增加后降低的趋势;当渗碳层深度为1mm时,18Cr2Ni2MoVNb试验钢疲劳性能较好。
