Effect of iron phosphate coating on control of pyrite oxidation using simulation of column leaching

Abstract: 自然室温条件下用柱子淋洗模拟研究了接氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillusferrooxidans,简称T.F)时磷酸铁膜抑制黄铁矿氧化的效果.试验结果首次指出:用KH2PO4与H2O2淋洗黄铁矿,在其表面形成的磷酸铁膜不能抑制黄铁矿的生物氧化,反而在一定程度上加速其氧化进程.经包膜后的黄铁矿矿石柱子间歇循环淋洗一年后的收集液中SO2-4累积量高达33756.1mg;为对照组的1.6陪,是杀菌剂处理的54倍.收集液的pH也从初始的7.40下降至2.30,外观呈深棕红色.收集液中其他元素的含量与对照组的相近,但均远高出杀菌剂处理的.一年后矿石样品经扫描电子显微镜观察,对照组和磷酸盐包膜的矿石样品表面布满细小洞穴;而杀菌剂处理的仍呈光洁状,说明T.F菌对黄铁矿样品有强烈的侵蚀作用.可见,用磷酸铁膜法抑制黄铁矿氧化在野外矿区微生物作用不可避免的情况下难以取得预期效果.
