Effect of spinning parameters on cadmium adsorption properties of hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile/hydroxyapatite composite fibers

Abstract: 采用湿法纺丝制备一种新型吸附材料,即水解聚丙烯腈/羟基磷灰石复合纤维,研究不同凝固浴成分比例、凝固浴温度、凝固浴碱浓度、卷绕牵伸比和二浴水解时间等条件下,该复合纤维对镉离子吸附性能的影响;采用红外光谱、扫描电镜对该复合纤维进行表征.研究结果表明:当聚丙烯腈与羟基磷灰石质量比为7∶3时,水解聚丙烯腈/羟基磷灰石复合纤维对镉离子具有良好的吸附能力,吸附量可达110 mg/g左右.
