Abstract: 内部营销对于提高员工满意度、增强顾客忠诚度,以及提升企业竞争力具有重要意义.在回顾内部营销理论和人力资源管理的基础上,构建了内部营销与人力资源管理的整合模型,提出了企业应该把类营销工具和人力资源管理工具融为一体运用于内部营销中,具体包括:引入市场营销观念,改变管理思想和方式;运用市场调研工具,掌握员工需求状况;使用市场细分工具,实施差异性营销战略;运用人力资源组合,增进员工满意度.
