Abstract: 对非真空熔炼的Zn20SnxCu钎料合金进行了抗拉强度和伸长率的测定,结果表明:随着Cu含量增加,Zn20SnxCu钎料合金抗拉强度逐渐增大,伸长率逐渐降低;当w(Cu)8%时,Zn20Sn8Cu合金的抗拉强度为229.9 MPa,较基体钎料提高了1.86倍,这主要与形成ε-CuZn5金属间化合物的数量和形态有关,且钎料断裂方式由塑性断裂向脆性断裂转变.
